Our Story

Woodlands Log Cabins is built on decades of hospitality experience and a genuine passion for creating spaces people love to stay in.

Paul and Chrissie Jarram first developed their understanding of hospitality while working in Xi’an, China, where they lived and worked within the Shangri-La Golden Flower Hotel. After returning to the UK, they continued their journey by taking over the historic Ropsley Fox in 2001, which went on to be named Best Pub Restaurant in Lincolnshire.

Their experience taught them that successful hospitality is about more than appearance. Comfort, thoughtful layouts, attention to detail and the way a space makes people feel all matter.

Today, those principles sit at the heart of Woodlands Log Cabins. Through operating their own woodland retreat and welcoming guests into their cabins, Paul and Chrissie have gained first-hand insight into what works in real-world holiday accommodation.

We now bring that experience into the design and development of bespoke log cabins for glamping sites, holiday parks, landowners and hospitality projects.
